Pre-Paid Package Terms & Conditions

  • Packages are prepaid and non-transferable

  • Fills must be booked every 2–3 weeks within the package validity window

  • Appointments booked beyond 3 weeks may require an upgrade to an extended fill or full set at regular pricing

  • One (1) courtesy reschedule allowed per package

  • No substitutions or exchanges

  • Packages are not eligible for additional discounts (such as the 3% prebook discount)

  • Aftercare kits are included in full set packages only

  • These packages are service-based and not redeemable for cash or gift card value

The Glow Steady Lash Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Membership includes 2 lash fills per month (up to 90 minutes each).

  • The membership renews monthly for 5 consecutive months and automatically ends after the 6th month.

  • One unused fill may be rolled over to the following month during your 6-month term. Additional unused fills do not roll over.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Membership is not eligible for additional discounts (such as the 3% prebook discount)

  • Cancellations or reschedules require 48 hours’ notice.

  • Early membership cancellations may be requested in writing

  • Pricing, inclusions, and perks are subject to change upon renewal.
